Deep red in color, with an expressive nose showing complex aromas of ripe fruit, cocoa, and leather. A fleshy palate is backed by beautiful structure, leading to a long, balanced finish.

Grapes are hand picked, and the wine is aged in French oak barrels. All our work honors and respects the land.

This wine is a perfect treat to enjoy after work. Paired with food, its truffle-like notes go perfectly with mushroom terrine, porcini mushrooms, legume dishes, roasted eggplant, and confit vegetables.

Serving temperature: 61 to 64°F (16 to 18°C). Ready to drink, it can be cellared for another two to three years.
