An expressive nose of exotic fruits, citrus, and toasted sesame. The palate is smooth and delicate, with a lively, mineral finish that reveals the pure limestone soil of Cap de Fer.

The grapes are hand picked, and the wine is aged in amphora. All our work honors and respects the land.

This wine is a great choice for after work drinks. Paired with a meal, its mineral character goes perfectly with artichokes, asparagus, roasted vegetables, mild cheeses, and dishes finished with fresh herbs.
